The AI Assessment is the tool to measure where we are at and what our priorities are for the next quarter. The assessment is a 360 degree look at your organization and meant to be completed by 5 members on your AI strategy team. These members should have a range of views into your organization.
Strategic Planning Assistance
Working with your AI coach you will be challenged to develop your quarterly AI plan. Your team working with your coach will be focused on delivering the outcomes in your plan for the quarter. Your coach is available to help communicate and gather feedback from management or other teams to make your deliverables highly effective.
The Right AI Training
Your AI Strategy Team will be provided AI training specific to the needs and goals defined from the AI Assessment and your coach. Each quarter your team will progress through our AI training to get deeper into creating more value in your organization.
AI Strategy Playbooks
We have developed a variety of playbooks for different areas of your business. As part of the AI 10X program you will have access to these playbooks and be able to apply them in your organization to accelerate implementation.
Weekly Coaching Sessions
